Our website was designed in a very specific way, so be sure to follow the instructions carefully. There will be a $100 discount for all teams who: join us on Facebook, subscribe to our Youtube channel, register to our forum (that IS now fully active) and enter your team in our Team Manager before August 1st, 2010. Confirm this by sending us an e-mail to USEDCAR Racing thru our Contact page with your Team Name in the Name line and profile names (and who they belong to) in the Comments box. Of course we’d love to have every team member do this, but we’ll only require one login per.
Everyone who does this before August 1st will be entered for the race officially that day and will be expected to have your team fully Registered and paid via PayPal before August 15, 2010.

Major Rule Changes
Based on feedback we’ve eliminated the LTI (sections 19 and 20 under rules). The “show room stock” (section 14 under rules) has also been eliminated (if your car is legal in another $500 series it’s legal in ours- it has to pass Tech of course!).

Returns to Nelson Ledges Road Course!
Racing started at Nelson Ledges in 1962, but in 1980 an event was created that changed racing forever.
1980 saw the creation of: The Longest Day
The Longest Day was to be a 24 hour endurance race for regular passenger cars!
Then and now, there was no other event where "grassroots racers" could experience the thrills and overcome the challenge of a 24-hour endurance race.
Now, Nelson's Ledges is returning to its "roots".
USEDCAR racing was created with one simple concept: Making racing safe, competetive and fun for everyone.
By limiting the value of the cars to $500, Grassroots racing has been reinvented!'
The next USEDCAR Event is scheduled for September 3rd-5th, 2010.
